Celebrate National Cocktail Day With Us

Honey is a versatile and delicious ingredient for cocktails, adding sweetness and depth to various drinks. We recommend using up the remains of the honey in your jar to make a delicious cocktail.
Here are some popular honey cocktail recipes:
Bee's Knees:
50ml gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
2tsp honey Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Honey Bourbon Sour:
50ml bourbon
25ml fresh lemon juice
2tsp honey
Dash of Angostura bitters (optional) Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge or cherry.
Honey-Lavender Margarita:
50ml silver tequila
25ml fresh lime juice
2tsp honey
1tsp lavender syrup Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a salt-rimmed glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Honey Mojito:
50ml white rum
25ml fresh lime juice
2tsp honey
4-6 fresh mint leaves
Soda water Muddle the mint leaves and honey syrup in a glass. Add rum, lime juice, and ice. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
Honeyed Hot Toddy:
50ml whisky (bourbon or Scotch)
1 tbsp honey
20ml fresh lemon juice
Hot water Stir honey and lemon juice into a mug. Add whiskey, then fill with hot water. Stir until honey is dissolved. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cinnamon stick.
Honey Ginger Fizz:
50mlvodka or gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
1tbsp honey
2tsp ginger syrup
Soda water Shake vodka/gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and ginger syrup with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon wheel and candied ginger.
