Writing a review of a product is quick and easy, and it helps future customers understand how helpful, trustworthy, and reliable we are.

If you’ve had a great experience, we’d really appreciate it if you could leave a review on the product page. Whilst sending us a message is always appreciated and lets us know you’re happy with our service, a public review helps other shoppers make informed decisions and supports our business.

Follow these simple steps and let other customers know how you feel about our jars.

• Make sure you are logged into your account.
• Find the product you bought.
• At the bottom of each product page you will find tabs like the image below:

You can then click the ‘Add a comment‘ button and write your comment about the product. Once completed click the ‘Send’ and that’s it.

Your comment will not appear straight away on the product.  It will be reviewed and then added to the product.
