UPDATE 12 APRIL 2021

We are trading normally but still restricting collections to click and collect only. Prepaid orders are available to collect from the warehouse once confirmed. We request customers make an appointment and wear a mask if intending to visit the office for any other reason.

UPDATE 4TH NOVEMBER 2020

Our intention is to continue trading as normal during this four week lockdown.

UPDATE 12TH June 2020

From Monday, 15th June 2020, we will be allowing collections from our warehouse. There is still a 7+ day leadtime so we ask you to wait until you receive an email telling you that your order is ready for collection. All orders must be prepaid and will be waiting for you in the warehouse. Please do not come into the office at this time.

UPDATE 29th May 2020

We are currently working to a longer lead time than usual due to lower staff levels and a huge volume of orders. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If possible, please email any enquiries and we will respond as soon as we can.

UPDATE 15th May 2020

We have reopened our website but expect to be overwhelmed with orders so please bear with us as we work through them.

UPDATE 5th May 2020

We are hopeful that we may be able to begin limited operations from 11th May 2020. If we are able find a way to work with minimum risk whilst working in our warehouse, we will re-open our website on 18th May 2020. We are expecting a rush of orders, these will be strictly processed by order of receipt. Please be patient as we are unlikely to be able to despatch as quickly as we would normally like. We will NOT be allowing collections from our premises at this time.

As you are all aware, the restrictions are unlikely to be lifted until 7th May at the earliest.  We will continue to update you when we have further information.

In light of the current circumstances, we are doing all we can to keep our staff safe. We have decided to work on a rota basis so that only one of us will be in the office at a time. Of our two packers, one is on maternity leave and the other is at home self isolating. We will continue to despatch orders for as long as we have the stock but please be patient whilst we all get through this difficult time. We will continue to give you the best possible service but lead times will increase and we will be operating a strict first come, first served policy. We have suspended customer collections from our premises and our warehouse will be shut on Fridays. We are confident we will come through this and hope that all our customers and suppliers stay well in the meantime.
